Simon Payne, founding Director of Sales and Marketing Planning has worked in the sales and marketing arena for 20 years.

Simon has worked for both 3M and Kimberly-Clark with leading power Brands like Scotch, Post-it, and Kleenex. During his time at these Fortune 500 PLCs Simon held positions in Sales, Product Management, Marketing Management, and latterly European communications, European E-Business, and European Brand management roles.

Most recently Simon was Marketing Director for Musto Ltd, the technical and casual clothing company.

Sales and Marketing Planning was formed to provide a focussed service to the marine industry, bringing together classic sales and marketing expertise with an intimate knowledge of the market. Passionate about the marine industry Simon is ex World Champion in the International Moth Class and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
